Classic Bob Dylan song that is also known as Crash on the Levee.  I highly recommend both the Basement Tapes version with the Band and the acoustic version on Greatest Hits Volume 2. 

For some reason this song never made it out of Wil's bonus room where we practiced for the first few months.  Bob's drumming is solid on this song.
