Uploading Images

One at a Time

1. Log in
2. Create content -> Image
3. Enter a title
4. Choose the gallery
5. Browse to select the image file
6. If you want to enter any descriptive text, do so in the "Body" field
7. Click the submit button

Batch Mode (multiple images via image import)

1. Install an ftp client if you don't already have one (I like the free Filezilla)
2. Make an ftp connection to tkta.net with username u35607686-tkta and the password that I sent you by email
3. Upload the image(s)
4. Click image import
5. Click the check box beside the images you want to import and enter the name you want for each image and any descriptive text you want to include in the body field
6. Choose the relevant image gallery from the dropdown
7. Click import

Creating video nodes (YouTube or Google Video)

1. Log in
2. Click create content
3. Click video
4. Click YouTube video or Google video
5. Enter a title
6. Paste the link to the video (e.g. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=akjHSaClVDo) into the Video Information field
7. Select video from the format dropdown menu
8. Select the relevant artist from the Artist dropdown menu
9. If you want to add any more info, type it in the Body field. Alternatively, you could add additional info as a comment
10. Click the submit button
